Humans are adults, or animals is a creature that has developed in all its potential. For humans an adult's term has implications that are based on the legal and social world. As opposed to "minor" (or "non-adult" legally-aged adult refers to a person that has reached the age of the age of majority. They are thought to be competent, responsible and independent. Also, they can be described as"major" or "major". The general consensus is that the age at which a person becomes a legal adult is 18. It is possible for this to vary depending on legal rights and the country of origin and also on the psychological state.

At the point that a person reaches intellectual and physical maturity, this is known as adulthood. Adulthood, as it is commonly understood, starts around the age of 20 or 21. In general, middle age is around 40 years of age, and is followed by a period of around 60. The three main stages of adulthood are early adulthood (from mid-30s to late-60s) and middle adulthood, from mid-30s until late-60s and then later adulthood, (mid-60s until end of life). When we enter early adulthood (20 to the early 40s) our physical growth is complete, although the size and weight of our bodies could increase a bit. The physical abilities of our bodies are at their peak in young adulthood. It includes strength of muscles and reflex speed, as well as sensitivities, and functioning of the heart.
